From a pool of banks coordinated by Banco BPM €75 million for the BolognaFiere expansion and development plan
The President of BolognaFiere Gianpiero Calzolari and the Central-Northern Corporate Market Manager of Banco BPM Luca Mazzini signed an important transaction involving a €75 million loan to the BolognaFiere Group from a banking pool coordinated by Banco BPM. The financing transaction - lasting 12 years and totalling €75 million - is aimed at supporting the Group’s industrial development plan and in particular the expansion and renovation of the Bologna exhibition centre. The banks that make up the pool are Banco BPM, which acted as Agent Bank and Custodian Bank, Intesa Sanpaolo/Banca IMI, MPS, BPER, Unicredit and BNL.
The significant growth of all indicators and the achievement of €170.8 million of consolidated revenue - up 35.5% compared to €126 million in 2017 - confirm the positive trend of the last three years. These results allowed the General Meeting to approve the dividend distribution.
