Catering is coordinated and organized in the Exhibition Centre by Convivia, formed in 2005 by a BolognaFiere - Camst joint venture to manage all aspects of catering in the Centre.

The free flow restaurants in our halls are the perfect answer to new rhythms and eating habits, offering quality food, efficient service, and excellent quality/price ratio.
Pizzerias and sandwich bars
The Bologna Exhibition Centre also offers pizzerias and sandwich bars to satisfy needs throughout the entire day.
Snack Bars
The Centre has 25 snack bars for a quick break with wide range of excellent food.
Along with the restaurants and other food services in the halls, Convivia organizes catering services for special occasions or gala events. In addition, it now offers Convivia Oro, the new line of elegant catering services for demanding customers.
