The Motor Show Exhibition has redesigned its format and redefined its team. It has all the cards in hand to be the Motor Show that the City of Bologna, the Italian Motor Valley and our Country expect to have in order to celebrate its 40th anniversary. An event that will take place inside the Bologna Exhibition Centre as well as in the City Centre, involving public institutions and trade professionals. Inside and outside the halls, in the streets downtown.

"The atmosphere is very positive - says Franco Boni, President of BolognaFiere - there is the concrete desire to grow professionally. Everyone in Italy wants a car show,  the institutions, automotive brands, supply chains, consumers, the City of Bologna, the whole territory".

Contacts that are at a good point,  a rich program that reflects contents and ideas, a market that is evolving positively: the litmus test to value the success of the project and interest of the car manufacturers that we have met in these last months.

Motor Show 2016 has a new strongly oriented marketing formula, where the automotive manufacturers contribute to the success of the event with their participation and have the possibility to lower the costs on the basis of the number of visitors registered.

Rino Drogo now leads the team that BolognaFiere has put on track. He joined Motor Show a couple of months ago, after a twenty year experience in the automotive industry. He directed  the communication department of Fiat and Lancia and was responsible for the events and exhibitions of FCA. He also worked in International networks such as Young & Rubicam, BBDO, Leo Burnett, Publicis and  undertook and oversaw a major project for the Italian Pavilion at Expo 2015 with Martini6.

BolognaFiere has developed, within Motor Show 2016, special projects to enhance test driving, shows, races and display automotive spare parts. Moreover, a series of conferences on the "culture of the car" have been scheduled with the aim of creating a network that involves both carenthusiasts and the automotive industry in general.
